SE Womens RR Champs.

Marshalling support from KPRC. Only one motorist got very upset over the Red Flag. He was obviously not a Labour supporter as he drove a large Merc with personal number plate.
Part of the scenery the riders passed by on their 7 laps.

Women's Racing 2007

London Cyclesport have very helpfully posted a list of all confirmed dates for women's road and track racing this year - at last, all the dates you need in one place! Hallelujah!

Also, a day of women's racing will take place on Saturday 21 April at Hillingdon. It seems like a great idea, especially for novices, as it is lots of small races so you can make plenty of mistakes, have a rest and then have another go. The downside is its the day before some of us leave for Majorca ... Details on Shecycles.com.

Hillingdon Coaching Day

SheCycles and the Surrey League are holding another women's coaching day at Hillingdon on Sunday 10 December. The last one sounds as if it was a great success, so I'm sure it will be a good day. However, they are promising another one in the New Year which sounds a more appealing prospect to me - not sure I really want to be doing anything much in December, apart from the obvious mince pie-eating, beer drinking etc. ... But if you are interested go to shecycles.com for further info!
