How to update a Google Document such as the 2012 rides list in 3 steps

Step 1 - in your web browser (Internet Explorer is shown in the example below) open the google website by typing google in the address bar at the top of the screen.

Click on More and then select Documents

Step 2 - The Documents screen will then request your googlemail (aka gmail) email address and your password.

Step 3 - Now you will be able to view and select those documents which you have created or have access to. I think that I have created access rights for all club members but if you use more than one email address you will need to use the gmail address and email it to me at If you do not have a gmail address you will see at the top right corner of the Documents screen an option to Sign up for a new Google Account.

The rides list will then be displayed for editing.
