Dale breaks club 100 record.

Today in the Hounslow 100 Dale Lush broke the 100 record which has stood for years with 3.57.32. Fantastic. Simon Trehearn did 4.32.12. Brian came out to support and cheer on our riders. Next sunday we have 2 teams in the 25 on the fast A3 course south of Hindhead and will be going for the womens and mens team records! Wish us luck.

  1. Congratulations to Dale - That is a great ride in anyone's language. It has taken just about four and a half decades to beat Barry Arnison's time of 4.02.13, it goes to prove how good he also was then. (on penny farthing machines - only joking. Very well done. Tony.

  3. Wow very well done Dale what it must be like to be young and fast again. That's 16 mins quicker than my best on the Newark A1/A46 in 1963 also on an iron 10 speed.
