Men's 25m Team Record Broken

The Club Men's Team 25 mile record was broken yesterday at the PNECC Open 25, with Dale, Alex and Simon T's combined time being 2:51:38, beating the 28 year record by 1 minute 16 seconds. John Beer was also out and rode 1:01:50 in not ideal conditions. The ladies team of Jake, Rachel and Suzie were looking on course to break their record too, but unfortunately Suzie punctured at around 18 miles. Jake rode 1:09:10 with Rachel riding a 1:06:xx. I think the ladies will have another go at this later in the season. An excellent effort by all. Well done.

Dale Lush 55:03
Alex Kew 56:48
Simon Trehearn 59:47

  1. Well done Guys. Who was the fastest team? Sorry you did not get quite under the hour John sounds like it was a cold start.
Commiserations to the ladies especially Suzie you are having bad luck this season but keep it up, I'm sure on another fast course later in the season the ladies will take club record.
    Thanks for the report Wheezy
