I am running the club open 10 in 2 weeks and am having trouble finding the numbers.
After Joe ran the open 15 last year someone took the numbers home.
Can anyone remember who.
I have all my marshalls now thank you , all I need is more cakes , I have 4 offers so far !

If no one else has the numbers then that probably means I've ended up with them!!!
ReplyDeleteI do know that I have the spare set that came from the Rodney CC (somewhere!) and I've also got the old double-width set that were in use when I started time trialling, but I am not sure if that one is still a full set...
I'll have a look when I actually get to spend time at home again.
Yup, I did end up with both sets of numbers (the ex-Rodney set and ours) - actually I could wallpaper the entire flat with TT numbers and still have some to spare.
ReplyDeleteSo all you folks tell me, why am I the lucky person who gets to store three sets of TT numbers belonging to the Phoenix and a large box of fluourescent jackets for marshalling...?
And no, I don't remember taking the numbers after the 15, but that might have been because I was focussed on promoting a 50 the next morning...
ReplyDeleteLisa. I have 3 sets of numbers from 1 - 30, including the 2 new sets, I am only keeping the best of the old set and binning the rest. Might I suggest you bin the lot of the old double one's. I would think most riders would be horrified if they had to put them on their back.
